Content on this site is for general information about plastic surgery procedures and the practice of Professor Sandip Hindocha. It is not medical advice and does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. For medical advice, book a consultation.

Plastic surgery outcomes vary between individuals. Photographs and testimonials show individual results which are not typical or guaranteed. Risks and limitations are discussed in your consultation.

3. Bookings and fees

Consultation and surgical fees are agreed in writing before treatment. Deposits and cancellation terms are set out in your booking documents.

4. Intellectual property

All text, images and design on this site are owned by Lux Plastic Surgery or used with permission. Do not reproduce without written consent.

5. Third-party services

This site uses Google services (Maps, reCAPTCHA, Analytics) which are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
