When can I start exercising again after my procedure?
Your return to exercise will depend entirely on the specific procedures you have had. Light walking is encouraged almost immediately to promote healthy circulation. However, you will need to avoid heavy lifting and strenuous workouts for around four to six weeks. Your surgeon will give you clear, personalised guidance during your follow-up appointments.
