Preservé combines the SmoothSilk Ergonomix2 implant with three purpose-built Motiva instruments, allowing Professor Hindocha to place the implant while conserving your breast’s natural anatomy.

Using the Motiva Channel Separator, a precise channel is created without the wider cutting through tissue that traditional techniques rely on.
Controlled tissue elongation
A Motiva Inflatable Balloon gently expands the space, elongating your own tissue to form a bespoke pocket shaped precisely around the implant.
Atraumatic placement
